Emergencies: Fire - Call 911
For After Office Hours Emergencies, please call 503-341-2075 and the operator will contact North Coast Property Management immediately.
Before Submitting a Service Request, determine whether you have an Emergency or a Non–Emergency.
- Uncontrollable water
- Electrical problem which poses a threat.
- Backed up sewer
- No heat
- Call 911 for emergencies causing immediate danger or threat
For Flooding, backed up plumbing or no heat please call North Coast Property Management at 503-341-2075.
