Maintenance Request

All Non-Emergency requests may be submitted online (link to “Submit Maintenance Request” form here) or by phone on the Maintenance Line voicemail at 503.241.0676, ext. 106.

Emergencies: Fire - Call 911

For After Office Hours Emergencies, please call 864-432-6832 and the operator will contact North Coast Property Management immediately.

Before Submitting a Service Request, determine whether you have an Emergency or a Non–Emergency.

For Flooding, backed up plumbing or no heat please call North Coast Property Management at 864-432-6832.

Do you have a NON-EMERGENCY Maintenance Issue? Please review the Trouble Shooting Guide which may resolve your issue. If this does not help you please submit a Maintenance Request.

Please allow 24–48 hours for a “Non–Emergency” Maintenance Request to be completed.
